Do I Need to Be Home for House Washing?
No, you do not need to be home for house washing as long as we have access to the property, outdoor water, and a way to send your quote. Many Wesley Chapel homeowners are at work during the appointment. You just need to prepare the property before we arrive by closing windows, moving vehicles, bringing pets indoors, and unlocking gates.
What We Need From You
- Access to all sides of the house (unlocked gates)
- Outdoor water spigot access if your property requires it
- A way to send your quote (email or text)
- Clear walkways around the house perimeter
Homeowner Preparation Checklist
Before we arrive, please complete these items:
- Close all windows and doors
- Move vehicles out of the driveway and away from the house
- Bring pets indoors for the duration of the appointment
- Move patio furniture, grills, and decorative items away from the house
- Unlock all gates so we can access the backyard
- Ensure outdoor water spigots are accessible
- Turn off exterior irrigation if it is scheduled during the appointment
- Notify us of any special concerns (fragile plants, beehives, etc.)
What If I Am Home During the Cleaning?
That is perfectly fine. Many homeowners prefer to be home so they can do a walkthrough at the end. If you are inside during the cleaning, you may hear water and equipment outside. The soft-wash process is quiet compared to traditional pressure washing.
We do ask that you keep pets indoors and avoid opening exterior doors while we are working on that side of the house.
